Budweiser's 2026 player roster includes MLB Hall of Famers Ken Griffey Jr., Randy Johnson, and Mike Piazza - because who better to celebrate 150 years of Bud and baseball than baseball icons?
At this year's Players Summit shoot, we did something the brand had never done before: bring all the partner players into the same bar at the same time. Our goal was to capture the shared memories and banter that happen over a beer. So we decked out a bar in vintage Budweiser and baseball memorabilia, served up the cold Buds, and let the Hall of Famers do their thing.
It was important to me that the bar setting feel as natural and real as possible, as if the players were casually meeting up for beers after hours. And with no shortage of Budweiser memorabilia to dress the walls, we were able to have prominent branding present in all the content without it feeling like we're just shoving our logo in peoples' faces (at least not too much).
