Currently living it up in NYC but suffering from a serious lack of In-N-Out animal-style cheeseburgers. You can find me reading mystery novels in the park (Agatha Christie is my queen), torturing myself on the stairmaster in the name of health, or vibing out at a concert.
When it comes to how my brain works, I like the "why" I'm making stuff just as much as the actual making stuff. I like to ask, "what are we solving for?" and use that as my north star while I'm creating. That's why my work style is so collaborative - the more perspectives you have, the better solutions you get.
When it comes to craft, I believe the most important thing is the overall visual narrative, not holding onto the finer details when they need to be let go (unless I reaaaaally like it). I'm a bottomless pit of ideas and very competitive, so I've gotten really good at finding the path of least resistance for maximum impact. So far that's been the best way I've found to create work that's simple, impactful, and memorable.
